What timeframe should I expect my order?
If your order is available, it will be with you in 1 to 2 business days.
If it is not available, it will take 3 to 5 jobs to work it out for you.
Can I test accessories before I pay?
We send every shipment with the option to review and test because it is important to us that you are confident in your choice.
Can I replace or return an accessory?
The replacement of accessories is possible when the following conditions are met:
- It is necessary to choose another accessory of the same value.
- You must make the exchange no later than 14 days after the purchase of the accessory.
- You must not have removed the product label and send back in the original packaging.
The return shall take place when:
- The accessory has not been custom made for you.
- No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the accessory.
- The label is not removed and the item is returned in the original packaging.
- No damage has been done to the accessory.
Each accessory is carefully reviewed by our staff before it is shipped to you.
How is payment made?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery when you receive your parcel. You can also pay for your order by credit or debit card.
In what form will the parcel arrive to me?
We send each parcel in a luxuriously wrapped box, which is protected and packed in another carton so that there is no damage and disturbance to the appearance of the gift box. The emotion you feel when you receive our carefully packaged accessories is important to us.
