DOES THE CLOTHES REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE?
Radapola clothes are high quality and handmade, so they should be taken care of carefully in order to last as long as possible. It is best to have items with stones cleaned at a dry cleaner that has a Wet Cleaning system. If there is none, they can be steam cleaned as dry cleaning. Products that do not have stones and crystals can be hand washed in cool water with a gentle detergent. Clothes should only be air dried. Do not use a dryer. They can be ironed on the inside and where the fabric allows. The garment should not fall or make sudden movements when worn, as we are not responsible for worn clothes.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CLOTHING SAMPLES?
Trying on up to three dresses is free, then each subsequent one costs 10 BGN.
DO I HAVE TO BE REGISTERED TO ORDER FROM THE SITE?
It is not mandatory to register. You can also place orders as an unregistered user. However, to take advantage of all the features of radapola.bg, you need to create your account on the site. The registration process is simple and requires only basic personal information, a phone number, a postal address and a delivery address where we can deliver your orders.
You can register before you start searching for products on our site. In the upper right corner of www.radapola.net, click on the "Create a new account" button, after which you will be guided to enter your personal data.
Once you have registered, you can add the desired products to your cart. When you are ready to place your order, go to the cart page and you will be able to see all its contents. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to do so before completing your order.
The registration form is completed once and you only need to log in to your account.

HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
If available, the product will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days. To make sure that the product is available, you can call 0886465364. If the product is not available, it will be made after the order is placed, which may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please note that if it is not available, delivery will be made within a period of time depending on the availability of materials and the time required to make the product.
HOW CAN I PAY?
The products offered on RADAPOLA.BG and RADAPOLA.COM can be paid for:
1. With credit and debit cards directly on the Radapola website
2. In cash upon delivery by the courier company employees.
3. You can pay for orders fulfilled through the "Cash on Delivery" service with credit and debit cards, through the couriers' mobile POS terminals.
4.By bank transfer - you can make a payment order to the RADAPOLA.BG account.

All shipments sent by us include a "Review and Test" option.
Through it, you can also take advantage of this and within 10 minutes of your orders being delivered, you can review and test them in the presence of an employee from the courier company. After that, you can keep or return them.
