RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
At Radapola Ltd we follow the international standards for returns and cancellations established by the European Consumer Centre and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission. It is important to us that you as a party goer feel safe and secure. Any customer may return an order they have received according to our returns and exchanges policy.
Any order placed in the online store https://radapola.bg can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of courier delivery to the customer under the following conditions and steps, except in cases where the goods are made specifically for you according to your requirements:
1) PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Product replacement is extremely easy. If you wish to replace a product from your delivered order, please do the following:
- Complete the online form on the website.
2. Contact us at one of the contacts listed to specify the most convenient method for you to exchange the purchased item;
Once we have received the shipment and ensured that the merchandise is in good condition, we will send the new shipment to you with your desired products;
Replacement of an item is recommended for a product of the same or higher value than originally purchased. In the event that you choose a lower value product in exchange, the difference in price will be saved in a voucher that you can use later for shopping;
The cost of courier services in both directions in case of exchange is at the expense of the Customer.
2) PRODUCT RETURN
IMPORTANT!
Once the label of any product is removed, it is not exchangeable or returnable! If you only wish to use a product for a certain period, please check if it is available for hire.

– The return procedure is as follows:

The return form
which has been sent with your parcel and send it together with the items to the specified office with the courier company EKONT.
– If the goods have a manufacturing defect, they will be refunded to the customer.
– If the purchased item does not match your size or does not satisfy you, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer after reviewing the shipment and returning it to us.
You will receive the value of the returned items in the bank account indicated in the online form within 14 working days after the arrival of the shipment with us.
Important! If you return a parcel after examination and test with the courier, the cost of the courier service for the return to us is at your expense.
4) DAMAGED GOODS
When exchanging or returning goods purchased from the online store https://radapola.bg the following requirements must be observed:
Goods must NOT have any damage to the packaging;
Goods must NOT have torn or missing tags and/or accessories;
Goods must NOT be scratched or damaged in any way;
The goods are NOT used;
Goods must NOT be contaminated;
Goods must not be missing parts.
Radapola Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of goods to the customer without notice, provided that an item returned by the customer does not meet the above requirements.
5) IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Exposed in the online store https://radapola.bg items have real photos of them. However, different monitors display the colours differently, so there may be a colour discrepancy between the goods received and those displayed on the website. We make great efforts to show the goods in their most realistic form.
It is advisable that when you return goods for exchange or cancellation, they are packed as closely as possible to the way they were sent to you by us. Thus, the chances of being damaged during transport are significantly reduced.
6) OUR POLICY
All goods that are exchanged or returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the shipment must be in good, merchantable condition with the original packaging, all associated labels and accessories and supporting documentation. In the event that any of the aforementioned attributes are damaged or missing, Radapola Ltd reserves the right to return the goods to the buyer without notice. Accessories made specifically for you, to your individual requirements, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
7) OTHER PROVISIONS
The Radapola Ltd team reserves the right to change this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time without notice and the new terms will be published on this page.
This Return and Exchange Policy applies to the Online Store https://radapola.bg and for its customers (buyers). By posting any changes to the terms, customers are automatically deemed to be notified of the new terms and accept them.
